The Jason Lewis for Congress campaign today announced the endorsement of Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA).”Candidates like Minnesota’s Jason Lewis have the vision and determination to fight for pro-growth policies that will create jobs, reform the tax code, advance energy independence and stop overregulation,” McMorris Rodgers said. “In contrast, Democrat candidate Angie Craig will double down on the failed policies of the Obama administration, which have caused stagnant growth these last eight years. Craig supports a $6 trillion dollar tax increase on hard working families and the EPA’s efforts to kill our energy jobs. We need Jason Lewis in Congress and I look forward to working with him.”
McMorris Rodgers is the highest-ranking Republican woman in Congress, serving as Chair of the House Republican Conference. She has served in the U.S. House of Representatives since 2005.
“I am honored to have Rep. McMorris Rodgers’ endorsement in this race,” said Lewis. “We need more leaders like her who are willing to take on tough challenges in Washington, D.C. in order to improve the lives of hardworking American families. I look forward to working with Rep. McMorris Rodgers in Congress.”
