Today, the Jason Lewis for Congress Committee released the first round of leaders joining the campaign’s 2018 cycle BPOU team.
These leaders are the initial group of voters committed to acting as grassroots organizers on behalf of Congressman Jason Lewis within their respective party units. Team Lewis will continue to roll out additional activist team members in the coming months and cycle ahead.
Congressman Lewis issued the following comments on the support of these leaders, “I continue to be humbled by the amazing grassroots support we’ve realized within our Second Congressional District. From the day we kicked off our 2016 campaign to now, we’ve worked tirelessly to earn the support of our critical grassroots activists in the 2nd District. I am deeply honored for the continued help of these tremendous folks, and am wholly committed to continue growing the strength of our unmatched ‘boots on the ground’ team.”
Congressman Jason Lewis represents Minnesota’s Second Congressional District, which includes all of Dakota, Goodhue, Scott and Wabasha Counties, as wells as parts of Rice and Washington Counties. Congressman Lewis is proud to represent our Second District as an independent leader who will always stand up for our constituents, and is focused on enacting public policy solutions in the U.S. House of Representatives that will allow our hardworking families and citizens to rise together.
