RELEASE: ENDORSEMENT FROM STATE SENATE MINORITY WHIP DAVE OSMEK

Jason Lewis, the endorsed Republican candidate for Congress in Minnesota’s 2nd Congressional District today announced the endorsement of State Senate Minority Whip Dave Osmek.

“I am proud to endorse Jason Lewis, and I encourage all voters in Minnesota’s Second District to get behind Jason’s candidacy,” Osmek said. “As the only legislator to receive a 100% rating from the Minnesota Taxpayers League for three sessions in a row, I know firsthand Jason Lewis is the candidate with a plan to restore economic prosperity, will cut spending, fight to reform the tax code and put our hardworking families and citizens first.”

“I am honored to have Dave’s support in this race,” Lewis said in response to this endorsement. “Dave has been a voice for conservative values in the legislature, and I’m thrilled to welcome him to our team. Our campaign continues to gain momentum, and together we will defeat Angie Craig this November.”

Jason Lewis spent 25 years on the air as a voice in the conservative movement. An active Minnesota resident for two decades, he and his wife Leigh have two young daughters, Lindsey and Lauren. Jason organized the first annual tax rally that has become a tradition in St. Paul, with thousands gathering to fight to keep more of what they earn. Jason is also an author, public speaker, and started his career as a business owner running Lewis Motor Supply, a small business founded by his grandfather.
