RELEASE: WILL ANGIE CRAIG DEFEND HER RADICAL POSITIONS AT TONIGHT’S DEBATE?
Oct 14, 2016October 14, 2016–Cottage Grove, MN…Prior to tonight’s first debate, we’ve highlighted a snapshot of Angie Craig’s agenda, which includes some of Craig’s most radical, liberal positions on the issues.
We can expect candidate Angie Craig to moderate her answers in tonight’s TPT Almanac debate in an effort to sound like a reasonable “centrist,” and not the rubber stamp she would be for the Nancy Pelosi agenda if elected to Congress. Indeed, Craig knows her issue agenda is far too liberal for Minnesota’s Second Congressional District.
Like Craig’s slash and burn campaign, it’s anticipated she may go to any length tonight in order to keep the focus off of her positions on the issues. And despite $2.7 million on television aimed to define Lewis, recent polling data has revealed Craig’s purely negative tactics don’t work.
Angie’s Agenda
- Supports expanding Obamacare – even with state officials calling this an “emergency situation” and costs skyrocketing for middle class Minnesotans
- Supports open borders and Obama’s executive orders on amnesty
- Puts the EPA above our farmers and consumers, standing with the overreaching federal government rather than Minnesota
- Supports federal small business mandates expected to eliminate over 400,000 jobs and shrink economic output by $642 billion over 10 years
- Put profits ahead of patients as a medical device company executive – overcharging veterans and providing defective products
- Steered over $700,000 to DC lobbyists and political insiders, and is now reaping the benefits by way of campaign contributions and endorsements
